Pluspunten
You'll earn a salary, be expected to work OT, and be managed like you're an hourly employee. Could be a "fun" work environment for someone out there. Oh, and its indoors, if that's a major driver for you.
Minpunten
Expect to be micro-managed like never! Untalented sycophants who walk out the door at 4:55, but tell you "the team" needs you to stay late. Senior managers will break their own arms patting themselves on the back about how successful the company is. They won't tell you: that they sold to another company mid 2020 because they can't properly manage cash flow, don't pay contractors on time, and have laid off staff during some of their most profitable periods. Diversity is a major sore spot with 65+ employees, almost all male from affluent white families. Candidates/Contractors will hate you solely because you work for Anistar.
