Pluspunten
The biggest pro for this company is the Work From Home program. It has helped me save time, which would have been wasted on commuting to and from the office. Plus the added expense of parking downtown Bellevue. I also really like the small team feel that is present, I do work with some very talented and eclectic group of individules.
Minpunten
Like all jobs, there are cons. The company is growing rapidly. In my time here, I have seen the company go from about 8 people in the CSR department to over 50. With growth like this, there have been some stumbles, but that is to be expected and the management is willing to listen to constructive feedback to make the necessary changes. Another con, just comes with working from home all the time, that mostly, missing the occasional informal contact you get with one's piers. That is much harder to do when you are only speaking to them through a chat line.
