Pluspunten
There's nothing good about working here. People with the same skill set don't even get paid the same amount. So someone could be making $20 because management likes them better, but their skills are worse than someone who's getting $14. Unfair and discriminatory. The non-family workers are nice.
Minpunten
Everything. Benefits suck. Company sucks. Boss sucks. Whole thing is run by boss's family, so the whole management sucks. They all bipolar or sumthing. One day they are nice and the next they hate you. They intimidate you into working more, up to 65 hours a week sometimes. No shift differential if you're switching from days to nights on a regular basis (even though they signed you up for straight days and said they don't rotate). Everyone who is nice and not part of the boss's family hates their job and it sucks the life out of you. You walk into work wanting to kill yourself every day.
