ANSYS in Lebanon hires several international graduates for Fluent testing jobs. Testing management is toxic and all the decisions like project assignments, flexible work options, promotions, compensation, immigration assistance and even the way you will be treated are based on the favoritism and their personal preferences. FBU testing management is very good at lying about anything and everything. After completing my Masters degree in the CFD, I joined Fluent testing team based on the job description and explanation provided during the interview. But the actual work was about managing regressions, spending several extra hours. There was no meaningful connection between the job requirements provided during hiring and the actual job. As no meaningful skill or education is required for this job, anyone is easily replaceable. This is a basic testing regression maintenance job. Testing role is not really qualified for the green card application unless testing manager helps you writing the specific job description for your application. They will not mention anything during the interview process. Their only interest is to get the regressions maintenance job done as a temporary low wage immigration worker. I wasted my OPT and H1B for this job. This was also the scenario for my team mates who are also originally from the same country.
