You get to work with challenging problems everyday and the work constantly tests your engineering acumen. The management is transparent and provides clear communication and guidelines for the tasks. They are supportive and approachable. You also get to express your ideas openly during team meetings and your ideas and suggestions are valued. The team members are welcoming, inclusive and supportive at all stages of the work. Overall, it is a great place to work and I would recommend it.

You work on adding features to a large project instead of developing a product from the scratch. This often requires you to understand all the existing flows and then incorporate your work which may get time consuming.
