Minpunten
On the surface, Antea Group seems like a great company. But in reality they pay their executives ridiculously high salaries, keep utilization high which causes burnout, and don't actually follow ANY of the sustainability practices they recommend to clients. Most of their offices don't recycle or compost properly or at all, but they sell services to their clients costing $$ that tell them to be greener. Basically, they do not walk the talk. When I worked at Antea Group, there was only one person of color (who was also only one of 2 women) in executive leadership. Antea Group makes no efforts at diversity of ethnicity, religion, or any other sort, and hasn't made any strides at equity in the workplace. While I did not see outright harassment, it's clear that unless you're a white, middle-aged, Christian person you don't fit the typical Antea Group mold.
