The team is supportive and collaborative, and there is a strong focus on performance, development and results. There are genuine opportunities for progression, and hard work is recognised. Communication is generally clear and you feel part of a company that is moving forward and improving all the time.

      As a fast-growing company, things can change quickly and priorities may shift, which can sometimes feel intense. Workloads can be high during busy periods, so you need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

      You get paid. Other than that, you won’t have any spare time.

      Minpunten

      You will not have any time to have a life. God forbid you get sick - if you’re sick, you will get a warning. Be weary. If you value your mental health… stay away.

      Pluspunten

      A bit of flexibility in your schedule, as in, you choose it beforehand with time. Pay is weekly and on time. Computer issues happen and they're quite understanding about it.

      Minpunten

      A lot of the things you deal with isn't covered in training and you're pretty much stuck asking coworkers for help which is very troublesome especially because sometimes the only people that can help aren't around and messing up can easily end up costing the customer a lot of money, so you have to be very careful.
