As an FMS you're on the frontline dealing with agents needs on a daily basis yet when holiday parties & bonuses come around, it's the FMSs who are forgotten even though we're the glue of the company. If you're looking to grow a career, I wouldn't recommend Anywhere or it's subsidiaries i.e Coldwell Banker, Sotheby's, etc. They don't know you exist.
