Large Office Space. Hours are Mon-Sat 9 to 5.

Minpunten

Senior management is TOXIC. Known for bullying & intimidation tactics to control staff. They use a very outdated property management system. Takes several days to process 320 rent checks, vendor invoices and 3-day notices. You have to process each one at a time. There's frequent staff turnover. Nobody lasts in the office. Tenants are frustrated with the lack of property upgrades and also with the mold, roach & rat problems. Senior Management will treat you poorly and so will the Tenants.

Great training. Many resources available. Sales system for pipeline, communications, etc works well. Flexible schedule. Decent commission structure provides a higher OTE for region.

Minpunten

Constant change in commission structures. Specific number of clients & prospects to visit/day. Micromanage with follow up calls for questions that may not relate to your performance. Take cancels and have to outsell, although customer fulfills contracts. No bonus on renewals. Poor base pay for sales.
