No complaints here. The only "cons" I can think of would probably be true at any other engineering firm: Occasional long hours Not much time off around holidays, need to use PTO Lacking a good Employee Wellness/Healthy Living/Fitness program

Friendly people, great environment, good location, opportunity for advancement as they are growing, owners really care about their employees. A forward thinking company with great benefits.
