      - Manager lacked experience, maturity and leadership skills - Didn’t clearly understand her team’s tasks and showed preferential treatment to her own hires, leading to uneven workloads among the team members. - Let personal biases affect professionalism, and make decision without considering merit, negatively impacting the trust within the team - Disrespectful and had poor communication skills with team members and others. - Played office politics and showed bias against colleagues in the department.

      Stable salary package and everything else that comes with the usual MNC company.

      Toxic working culture, people tend to push the blame and responsibility to someone else and that someone else is usually the lowest ranking in office. No training given and expects you to know everything. HR also picks on people to bully. No work life balance as sometimes you are required to work at 11 pm if your boss suddenly asks you for yearly figures at night.
