- Most technical roles are being near-shored to Canada (Vancouver specifically)
- Org claims to be people first but don't expect communication about under-performance before termination
- high turnover, especially within Marketing (3+ leaders in 3 years)
- rebranded to a very generic name (Velora)
- few team-building events if not a part of leadership (leadership meets in person once a quarter, while anyone below director level has not had a whole-company, in-person event since the acquisitions)
