Pluspunten

Flexible work hours, some smart people, good base pay. Product had a great start given the domain and competition.

Minpunten

Very poor management culture. Most managers lack basic communication skills, no investment in employee development, no feedback of any kind and HR haven't taken any steps towards improving this culture. Work is good in some teams, but most don't have any quality work which is understandable since the product has matured and product management seems to have run out of ideas on new features to add. Senior management is hypocritical.

Our annual performance reviews and manager 1:1's evaluate how well you and your manager performs at work. Please feel free to express your concerns in such meetings, or ask your manager out to coffee for a change in pace!
