Minpunten

The office is in South Lake Union, so traffic getting in/off the highway can be bad if you're traveling at the wrong times. Work flexibility allows most people to adapt in a way that would make sense.

- Can run into very long sales cycles especially for the contract value you are chasing. - You are constantly talking to international companies that are located in countries with struggling economies. - Expected to take meetings at all times and all hours based on your customers time zone. - No sales spiffs or accelarators - Sales numbers are constantly not being met and lots of pressure being applied from the top. - Sales leadership has no real strategy to fix this other than driving people out the door instead of developing and investing in their talent. - Finger pointing, people shaming, by the new CRO 🧐 is creating a toxic sales environment. - Sales people are not confident anymore about the direction and sales leadership.
