I’ve been in People Operations here for over four years as an individual contributor, and overall, it’s been a very rewarding experience. The biggest pro is the opportunity for growth. It’s definitely a fast-paced environment, and you have to be quick on your feet. Priorities can shift, and you need to be comfortable operating with some ambiguity. That won’t be for everyone.
