I’ve been in People Operations here for over four years as an individual contributor, and overall, it’s been a very rewarding experience. The biggest pro is the opportunity for growth. I’ve consistently felt challenged in my role and have been given new projects and opportunities that have pushed me outside my comfort zone in a good way. I’ve also been able to see the impact of my work pretty immediately, which is incredibly motivating. The people are another major highlight. The team is collaborative, supportive, and always willing to jump in to help. There’s a strong sense of partnership across teams, and that makes even the busiest times manageable.

It’s definitely a fast-paced environment, and you have to be quick on your feet. Priorities can shift, and you need to be comfortable operating with some ambiguity. That won’t be for everyone.
