      Pluspunten

      The people are great to work with, developing each other, teaching and sharing, the overall environment has a fun feel to it, coming to the office in the morning feels good. technologies are fast-paced and changing, learning and researching is a big part of the job, I don't find myself doing the same things for a long period of time.

      Minpunten

      As a start-up it feels that the compensation and benefits are modest opposed to what bigger companies has to offer (which is understandable for a small company), working hours vary, the amount of work needs to be done is much bigger than the man-power we have, which can compromise quality.
