Very rude - werkgeversreview Bar/Waiting Staff bij Appetite4Work

I used to work here and still do not forget the shifts I did due to how the managers spoke to not only me but the other employees. I have done many jobs after this varying from hotel staff, warehouse to construction and still never have I experienced such a condescending rude place to be at than here. If you were to speak up about the way they talked to you, you would further be told to be quiet and do your work as if in primary school being demanded to do something!! I have never felt so disrespected at a work place. I was made to feel so small and overall bad. Most the team members I would work with all can vouch for me and agree as 80% of them would also mention this to me too complaining about managers. If it was up to me, I would tell someone to only join this company if you are in dire situations of experience/ money. If not then it’s worth finding somewhere else even if it’s slightly lower pay. They are VERY strict with uniform and your presentability (hair, facial hair, shoes, clothes, accessories) - even if you have travelled hours they will send you home for such small things. Though I understand as a company want to keep appearances, this is just something very important I feel like future employees would want to know before joining and not a complaint!!
