      Engineering staff are the real talent

      Minpunten

      Staff treated with contempt and disposable. Management blame their own poor decisions on NTT, the new owners. Made the entire office redundant then started rehiring after 3 months with newly invented job titles. Pay at the bottom of the scale. Abusive management culture led to a 80% staff turnover before closure.

      Pivoting technological landscape, but they're handling it well and growing ahead of the trends, but a better bonus program might enticing

      Pluspunten

      Applicable is a great place to get exposed to a bunch of different technologies especially in the areas of infrastructure, virtualization, and Unified Communication.

      Minpunten

      Communication between global geographies can use some work but it is something that is constantly being worked on for improvement.
