Pluspunten
Great team of people to work with, management is improving but still disconnected from reality. Work life balance good, work from home flexibility in some departments but appears discretional. It could not have been all that bad, I worked there for a long time.
Minpunten
Poor poor salary. Not even in the ball park, at least not in UP. Other locations maybe due to the cost of living. Career advancement is lacking but improvements are being made for career path definition so its not there yet but getting there, slowly. Seems feedback form the employees is often ignored.
