Where do I start? Overall the experience working here was hard to stomach. People in Adoption Services leadership have no clue what they are doing and don't care! The culture is toxic even though they try to cover it up by saying they care about diversity and their people. It is never easy seeing leadership steal the ideas and work of someone else (QBR decks, workflows, and playbooks) and then try and say they know what they are doing, but none of them have any real experience in Adoption Services/CS. They think because they have worked at a "big company" for 20 years, they know better, but note to self, working at one place for your entire career does not make you a more valuable employee! I have seen team members ask their manager repeatedly for help with only a snub to go and read the wiki to figure it out. Also, watching leadership talk so ill about current or former team members behind their backs was always disturbing. All I could think about was what are they saying about me behind my back. And if they were not speaking ill about somebody, I saw them laugh off inappropriate behavior of a sales rep's behavior towards women. Or I was hearing that the sales team does not have time for the DIEB initiative because it took too much time. They struggle to hire people; they also are losing them faster than you can blink. But you know who am I to say don't go work there. If you like an environment that existed 40 years ago and didn't know how to change, you should apply. If you want to work in a place where they value their people, be a part of a diverse environment, cutting edge, and fun, don't apply!
