Pluspunten
Many quality-of-life things have been added such as a software phone for EVERYONE, desk booking for remote employees when traveling to a building, an actual choice for 'remote but local' employees to attend events nearby, Slack for interdepartmental communications, and huge advance notice for company wide meetings. This may sound pretty basic but believe it or not, none of these items were in place a year ago.
Minpunten
We were told about 2 years ago that there would be a massive hiring surge to help us all out. Only about 1 year ago we were given a bonus because that didn't actually happen, and they admitted openly they failed in that. My groups max experience is 7 months with only 1 new hire and 3 transfers. 1 of those transfers is quitting this week. In 8 months this group went from 1 manager and 3 employees to 0 managers and 3 NEW employees. There is no plan to hire more either. I am not clear on how a department who handles 120+ accounts can run on just 3 people. If you do the math that's 40ish accounts per person. If just one more person leaves, that's 60 accounts per person. Math is fun. You'll notice my rating is still 4. In general, the work is still ok. If you are booked up, you just can't overlap meetings and do 2 at once; it's impossible. Customers will just have to wait.
