Pluspunten
Working on the UK team was a good opportunity to learn a micro-service domain driven designed system, to get experience with a huge depth of automated tests and to learn React. They do all the good things that you would expect from a company that has a focus on quality software. They also hire many talented people that were great to learn from. Software licenses for developer productivity tools were also available. An optional week-long hackathon was also available to development teams giving people a chance to try something new. Developers were also encouraged to take time out for personal development such as using Pluralsight or LinkedIn Learning. The people were a pleasure to work with.
Minpunten
Remote teams were not given the opportunities to meet in person. Pay was below average at the time I departed. Initially in my role, my hardware was inadequate but this was eventually dealt with.
