They will hire unqualified workers and force the qualified ones to work harder.Owner has temper and plays favorites with office workers. Build quality low as standards are not really enforced. Upper management is truly lost and relies heavily on lower workers to live the "good enough" quality standard and not be proactive. No firm outlook after selling of company. No new customers and building of giant outsourcing facility in Mexico.
