Management, useless union, backstabbing greedy co workers. Ive worked here for quite a while at this point. The company has had its ups and downs and obviously currently isnt doing fantastic because of the pandemic. With that being said, pandemic or not, this company is a prime example of favoritism and constant inter-office drama. Management will constantly gaslight you, co workers will stab you in the back in an attempt to get ahead. If the members of management dont care for you, they will set their sights on you and make working their miserable. Unless this company is gutted and rebuilt or absorbed by a better company, do not work here. If i could easily find a better job within a reasonable distance from my house, id be outta here like lightning but for the time being ill continue my work to the best of my abilities under the circumstances ive been given.
