I get to work with lots of great people who are good at their jobs. I can see that there is a true passion and drive for student education at the leadership level (for most leaders). There is a sense of belonging at this company that has been hard to achieve in lots of places since COVID.
Minpunten
Unsure if the company is going to succeed long term unless they can pivot. Decisions are often made in a way that seems more reactive than strategic. Leaders should be leaning onto others in the tech industry who have been through this before. Strong push towards AI accompanied by an attitiude that anyone who critiques AI is a luddite and won't succeed in their role.
