Mid management is just looking to get promotion and no body knows what exactly is happening within a company. Full of politics and every employee complain to each other about the leadership and management. It’s not EdTech anymore and management outside the industry will push sales like they are selling water purifier. Leader from OYO/Vodafone/Samsung/Zomato/Swiggy are leading the education experts in India sales and will come with delivering food and selling best mobile phone examples. Lot of people are leaving because of bad management and leadership but at the same time lot of hiring is happening just to cover up the number. They have to use funding somewhere. You can’t work anywhere after leaving this organisation and will do very best to scare you with legal proceedings but do not worry (this is what they have decided after joining this company).
