Perfect time to be here. The culture is continuing to grow, the work and clients are getting more interesting by the day, and management is very solid. Appnovation is independently owned, which is a big strength because teams/management can focus on the quality of work without over-stressing financial targets. Finances definitely matter but they are not the only indicator of success. Leadership establishes a fair culture of accountability and work/life balance. People seem pretty happy, very supportive and collaborative and very intelligent.

If you thrive on very clear process, Appno is a bit weak on standard structure. I enjoy the flexibility but this could be a weakness as the work continues to grow.

Great comp; good client exposure.

Very apparent crab-like mentality across consulting teams. Lack of client engagements breeds competition for billable hours.
