My experience as an AI Intern at Costa Cloud has been extremely valuable and growth-oriented. The company provides a collaborative environment where learning and experimentation are encouraged. Working here over the last 9 months has been both professionally enriching and personally fulfilling. As a hiring executive, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with multiple departments, gaining insight into how the organization functions as a whole. The leadership is approachable and open to ideas, and there is a strong culture of collaboration and respect. Tools and resources for recruitment are modern and efficient, making it easier to focus on strategic hiring rather than just transactional tasks.
