Glassdoor should really change the word "cons" to "areas of improvement" and take away the negative connotation. I don't have any cons but would say to continue to allow each office globally to operate independently so we can thrive as a team but be specific to our regions. Continue to grow and hire for necessary roles in our regional offices to avoid any possible growth roadblocks!
