      You have the freedom to propose/implement different leading edge technologies for the software/platform you will build.

      Minpunten

      Not a big company. I came from a software company with 100k+ employees and I was a bit culture shocked at first. But after getting the hang of it, it's all natural. There are still rooms for improvement in terms of software development processes, but I took it an opportunity to bring change that will benefit the project as a whole.

      1) The internship was well structured and took us through the basics as well as intermediate and advanced subject matter. 2) There was constant and constructive guidance throughout the internship particularly by Mr. David, who regularly scheduled meetings to keep on track with our timeline. He always took the time to explain the concepts involved in the tasks we were doing and it's relevant in today's world. This helped us understand the importance of the various tasks. 3) Mr. Fayad was always available to help us with any issues we came across. He always provided guidance and ideas that could help improve our design. 4) Comfortable workplace environment. Co-workers were always friendly and were easy to get along with. 5) The work timings were good and we were always given the weekend as a holiday.

      Minpunten

      There are no downsides to working at AppsIntegra. The internship experience is a great opportunity.
