Good for entry level developer, they five internships. Grab a chance if you have. There is a high potential for growth. - The appraisal process is defined, after your 1 year your performance evaluated and shown to you. You will get fair chance to discuss it. Few of my peers got a negligible hike in salary, of course, performance matters, however in this kind of case it's way too low.
