At the start of 2021 we announced very clear corporate priorities to all employees which has set Igloo up for a very successful year. These priorities include focus on our employees, product, technology and customers. We are excited for what 2021 has to offer!
Global company so managing across timezones can sometimes be a challenge

Appspace has offered a great work-life balance, a willingness to embrace new ideas, and an environment that’s supportive without creating constant performance pressure.

Some of the challenges I’ve experienced at Appspace have been leadership inconsistency due to organizational changes and turnover at the upper-management level. At times, decision-making authority felt limited, which slows progress. There also needs to be more structured coaching and mentorship opportunities from senior high performers to help support continued growth and development.
