- The work/life balance is fantastic. The company is fully remote for the indefinite future (aside from a few sales and executive positions). - Most employees are fantastic and lovely to be around. (there are a few bad apples who remain as a byproduct of nepotism)

- Performance is not rewarded or celebrated. If you want to excel, you'll need to play politics. If you do a great job, your work and achievements may go unnoticed. This can lead to intense demotivation and burnout - Middle management and upper management are very disconnected from their individual contributors. - There is heavy favoritism between managers and their employees - Poor feedback loops. Managers do not provide sufficient feedback or plans of action for their employees, which causes growth stagnation - Compensation is just below average market rates
