They don’t treat you like a child at an adult day care that has to prove yourself worthy of client interaction. Work from home days. Aprio understands that when you hire the right people and treat them well, working from home doesn’t make people “less productive.”

You won’t be as well rounded. You’re put into something specialized, so you’re limited to that specialization. Lot of responsibility early on, but this can be a good thing because it helps you grow.
