The many serious cons of this company cannot be conveyed in a short review. The entire focus of business development is upon outward appearances, there is no internal development other than a recent, farcical restructuring. The environment is toxic. Bullying and dishonest behavior is often rewarded. Quality work and professional competency is not valued and the best people leave as soon as possible. The result is a company run by the least able of staff. If you leave before the end of-contract you must pay a large fee, which cannot be afforded due to low salaries. The CEO is controlling, threatening and aggressive. Micromanagement is common. Most staff complain their mental health is compromised by working conditions and the mental health of some staff is very poor. The company does not recognise this issue. Some capable staff members feel obliged to stay in the company to protect their younger, less experienced colleagues.
