      -Great Benefits and great office vibe -Has much room to grow and learn technologies related to robotics,Unity Game Engineering,AR,Mixed-Reality,Headset hardware, and mobile technologies -If you are heading a project on the engineering side you will get to travel to some very interesting places around the United States which is not typical for developers

      -Would like to see more collaboration between developers and more code reviews -It's sometimes tough to find good talent and good senior engineers

      Good location, taxes are low. Affordable to live near the beach if you look around enough. Healthcare software is a great industry with plenty of niche markets with growth opportunity.

      Minpunten

      Does a daily to do list email sound like the the best way to manage a complex software project? Thats what you can look forward to here. Employees will be judged mostly on how much work they put into their daily to-do list emails. If you learn to use the strike through command to indicate completed tasks you will be treated like a wizard. If you spend too long here your skills will stagnate as they do not have a modern process or training. You will have to learn on your own outside work to keep up with the rest of the world.
