      Too much workload, everyday go back to the hell

      The Company is surrounded by CCTV, going back felt like being in prison. The job I applied for had absolutely nothing to do with my actual work. When you're about to leave work, management always adds more tasks, making it impossible to leave on time. The company has a very high turnover rate; what's the problem? Management blames the employees instead of recognizing any significant issues on their part. They're turning a fallacy into a fact. Even clothes and shoes are subject to regulation. Salaries are suppressed to below market value.

      can't tell any pros at all. Toxic work environment ever seen. Management actively discourages collaboration. You are prohibited from communicating with or seeking help from colleagues.

      highly recommended if you don't believe all the reviews here. -The job description is highly misleading and does not reflect your actual duties. -The company fails to provide adequate software licenses even in a tight schedule. Employees are forced to share -Tasks are assigned with no clear instructions, deadlines -No support system for newcomers -Poor company management
