Te dicen que todo va bien que la empresa está en ganancias record para un mes después acabar con toda la plantilla y echar a todos los desarrolladores y directivos de la noche a la mañana. No me dio tiempo ni de despedirme de mis contactos en teams

Nothing major. Could move faster at times, but making progress there.

The people are the best part of this company and the reason I endured for so long.

Minpunten

There is constant upheaval internally. I had 5 VPs in the span of 4 years. Endured multiple reorgs with a carrot of a promotion held in front of me to be told, "just wait another year." The poor managers are constantly trying to hire people, but HR will pause the job req last second almost every time.
