- The team here is fantastic: everyone is incredibly motivated and focused on continuously improving while still being incredibly helpful and collaborative. It truly feels like everyone trusts other employees, whether within teams or between different teams. As someone new to both startups and this space, everyone is very supportive and open to teaching and answering questions. - Freedom and trust to make decisions and take action to keep everything moving. Includes constantly finding ways to improve. - Great schedule flexibility and work life balance.

Not necessarily a con, but things move quickly as would be expected at a startup. As a result, sometimes processes can be ambiguous, which can take getting used to if it's not an environment you're used to.

Joining Arize is one of the best choices I've ever made. This company is such a brilliant combination of innovative technology, down to earth people, transparent and enthusiastic service leadership, and driven competitive spirit. Arize's AI developer tools are well placed in the market for a strong potential business outcome, and has been on a healthy growth streak since I've joined. The leadership is transparent about the teams goals and how we will get there. Individual have a high level of agency and are encouraged to take ownership, share opinions and focus on value over bureaucracy. Team members are encouraged to use AI in their roles, and experiment with new approaches to solve challenges in their role or LOB. I would encourage anyone with a competitive spirit to win in a rapidly changing business environment to consider joining the team.

The typical start up pains, learn to love 'em! If not, Arize might not be for you. Product changes quickly, the GTM strategy is an evolving organism and the competition in the market is high. Arize can be ambiguous at times, and theres definitely a work hard play hard attitude.
