      Location, if you live near Philadelphia. International, chances for travel and global experience.

      Minpunten

      Talk of long-term vision and growth by senior management, but focus on short-term results, often at the expense of the future. Micro-management, lack of trust of subordinates to do jobs properly. Focus on numerical details rather than growth opportunities.

      It's a good thing the company changed a lot since 2008! It was a difficult time for Arkema as the spin-off were only 2 years before your comment. The company is now very strong, with health financial results. It shows that we managed to make the best of the situation and that the industrial strategy was a good one.       Not a lot of cons, everyone is very understanding and the small office could be a downside for resources, but personally did not find that to be an issue

      Resource constraints. But this is quite common in chemicals/specialty materials these days from what I hear.
