Pluspunten

Good salary. Good health insurance benefits.

Minpunten

This company does not care about its employees. All they care about is making a profit. The in-home wellness nurse practitioners have a fairly pointless job. It is not rewarding. The patients don't need us and half of the time don't even know the purpose of the visit. The company only uses us for money, jerks us around, constantly adds responsibilities to our job title, which were never agreed upon. When concerns are brought forth to management they completely disregard them. Felt like I was being strong-armed into doing things I was not comfortable doing. There have been two rounds of mass layoffs in the last 10 months I have worked here. I was laid off due to restructuring. In the middle of the day with open charts and patients on my schedule. Clear evidence that they don't care about the patients either. The job is easy and the pay is good, but it is not worth the headache. If you went to school to be an NP, you are smart and hard-working and deserve to be appreciated. Don't work here! They don't deserve you!

Pluspunten

This was a great job until the office was placed on furlough. The benefits were good and so was the salary.

Minpunten

Worked long hours. Rarely got a lunch or break. No time to chart in the field. Had to chart at home on my own time because appointments were scheduled back to back and there was no allocated drive time to each appointment. Was offered to work in Georgia PRN and once the license was obtained was fired. The worst part was being told the company PTO policy changed in March 2026 while I was on furlough and I would not be paid all of the PTO hours I had earned. I was paid for 40 hours PTO and was not paid for over 45 hours PTO. When I went to look at my 2025 and 2026 paystubs the company zeroed out all of my PTO earned hours and year to date hours.
