My feedback is only related to PDG, that too for PDG leadership team. PDG management failed to implement people related policies in my case. I have become sick and got NI in the recent performance review. I have fulfilled all my obligations as a group manager and none of my objectives is not completed. Manager didn't give any valid reasons.
Also without any intimation & discussion with me, my manager changed my role & designation. This came as a mail to general public and i came to know from that. After this i have resigned and my manager never responded to my resignation mail. Also he went & changed my designation in SAP after my resignation email. I have worked for 10.5 years for ARM and i was the first person to join & start my group in Bangalore. Last 10 years all my performance reviews were always Good or Excellent.
Some one may be surprised why i am writing this feedback, rather than go thro' whistle blow process. I didnt have physical strength then to fight it back and lost trust in ARM value system. However my group took up the case and fought with the management but it was brushed it off.
I was very much disappointed with PDG management for this unfair treatment, not treating as a human being.
I am giving this feedback so that leaders behave as leaders not as arrogant dictators.
