There is a very open culture with limited of hierarchy. The "Lunch and Learn" sessions are varied and at least some of them will be thought-provoking regardless of your interests. All backed up and filed for you tp pursue your own interests.

Minpunten

Be prepared to work across silos. There are still some and wariness of ideas from elsewhere.

Thanks for leaving a review! I love attending the "Lunch and Learn" sessions as well, and I'm not an engineer :) We pride ourselves on having an open culture, which can sometimes lead to helping across silos like you stated. With the new AFDS logbook in place, the goal is to make the complete assessment/review process transparent, while new D&I initiatives should help improve innovation coming from all parties.
