Favouritism is at its peak, and management lacks transparency. Anyone joining should assume the ESOPs have zero real value, as even the management does not seem to know their actual worth. During onboarding, an imaginary stock value is presented, which later turns out to be misleading. The internal culture can be compared to the movie KGF: the organization resembles the gold mine shown in the film, and employees are treated like workers with little regard for their well-being. Mental harassment, extreme internal politics, and excessive working hours are common. If you value your mental health and prefer a healthy, transparent work environment, it is better to stay away.
