Pluspunten
Having been with ArmorCode since its early stages, I’ve had the opportunity to witness and contribute to the company’s evolution from a small team to a mature, high-impact product organization. One of the defining aspects of the culture is the level of ownership given to individuals—there is strong trust in people to drive initiatives, influence decisions, and solve problems beyond their immediate scope. The organization encourages cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Product, QA, and Customer teams, which creates a strong sense of alignment toward business outcomes rather than siloed execution. This has enabled faster iteration, better product quality, and meaningful customer impact. Growth opportunities have been significant for those willing to step up. Many individuals, including myself, have been able to expand roles, take on leadership responsibilities, and contribute to process improvements and strategic initiatives. Work-life balance is relatively stable for a scaling startup. While there are high-intensity phases, especially around releases or customer commitments, the overall environment remains supportive and flexible.
Minpunten
As the company continues to scale, some processes and workflows are still catching up with the pace of growth. This can occasionally lead to ambiguity in ownership, prioritization challenges, or dependency bottlenecks across teams.
