Poorly managed - werkgeversreview Customer Service Representative (CSR) bij Armtec

Very little support from management. Lots of finger pointing when anything went wrong, no support to fix the problem or to find a solution to prevent the same thing from happening again. Toxic work environment with bullying and harassment in the office. HR was useless as the bullying often came from the direct manager. Never felt like I was part of a team and I constantly worried I would make a mistake. No clear direction and training was non-existent. No room for advancement.
