Pluspunten

It's easy to talk about the startup lifestyle & extra little amenities, but Arrivo has also provided me with an engineering internship that's second to none. I'm not given some mundane tasks to fill up my time, but rather my bosses work with me on company critical projects trying to expand my engineering knowledge. I'm not tucked away in some cubicle in the corner, but rather I'm working three desks down from the CEO & surrounded by the engineering team. I'm not criticized or get eyes rolled at me when I ask the naive question or make a mistake, but rather every single opportunity my bosses see as a opportunity to improve. That is why I am giving this 5 stars, because I couldn't ask for better environment for me to grow as an engineer. That plus catered lunches. 10/10 would intern again.

Minpunten

The company is shifting from a small business to a medium sized one. Arrivo is not immune from the problems that come along with it (less space, IT problems, less leftover food from lunch), but nothing really beyond that.

Arivo has opportunities to work with awesome hard working people with great goals in mind. The Arivo office is the cleanest and nicely designed facility I have ever worked at.

Minpunten

There is a set amount of 20 vacation days every year available per employee. This amount does not increase over the years.

-Transparency... Honest and upfront about everything -The team is awesome! Everyone is incredibly smart, passionate, and humble. -Lunch, snacks, coffee, and drinks are all provided -The vision and the direction are very clear and concise -Benefits are by far better than any company I have ever seen The list above are only some of the awesome things about this company. They definitely take pride and ownership to ensure that every employee brought on is treated fairly, respectfully, and incredibly well. The benefits they provide are unbeatable making it difficult to say no to, and clearly shows they have the best interest for their employees in mind. One of the last things that is great about the company is the vision. The vision is extraordinary and will change the world, and they have the right team and management to make it happen.

It's a startup; with that being said there is some risk associated with that, but at the end of the day it is worth every second!
