Main pros for me are the People you get to work with, the opportunities, the fast pace, the challenges of a growing, evolving business

Minpunten

Main cons are that senior management are out of touch with the employees, and the push for everything to be in Denver

Unlimited time off, good work life balance, good benefits, as long as you do your work efficiently and sincerely job position is secured

Minpunten

Salary should be negotiated well initially. The hike depends on performance and will be very less. There is no stock option for this level. Only base salary and bonus depending on performance of the company

A lot of mandatory overtime, hard to balance work and personal life. Some management can play favoritism.
