Small company mindset, lacks Human Resource staff (so therefore there is no one to report discrimination practices), zero employee diversity, partners push employees out of the company via unsavory methods, male dominated office where a work-life balance is non-existent, vacations/time off are discouraged, long work hours, consensus management- managers cannot make timely decisions, extremely frugal operations (administrative staff is asked to perform housekeeping duties while senior managers spend enormous amounts of money on luxurious meals with each other), only blondes are promoted here, indecisive management,
